However, we are seeing a lot more flipped houses and a hand full of equity sellers. But the lack of inventory and abundance of buyers both first time and investors have created multiple offer situations on almost every active listing there by creating over bidding. Appraisal is still at issue as if the home gets bid-ed up it still must appraise for value. Interest Rates are 4.91% for a 30-year fixed and 4.13% for a 15 year.
