Interest rates have stayed the same with 30 yr fixed at 4.14% and 15 year at 3.28%. 
The foreclosed properties have slowed to almost nothing as banks seem to be holding off on foreclosing and instead working with the home owner to keep the house. The average list to sale price is close to or over 100% of the list price in most areas now.The median price is stable and increasing in some areas.  Listings and pendings are showing increased prices due to lower inventories.
